1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("you", "your", "client") and Write Your Luck ("we", "us", "our"), based at A-205, Dodke Palazzo, NH4, Kothrud, Pune 411038, Maharashtra, India.
By accessing our website, submitting a form, booking a consultation, paying for a service, or communicating with us on WhatsApp or email, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.
2. Our services
We offer the following consulting and content services:
- Single consultations: Astrology, Numerology, Vastu, Handwriting & Signature Correction, Occult — each at ₹5,100 per session
- Combined Package: All five consultations with a unified life-strategy report — ₹15,000 (save ₹10,500 vs individual)
- Business Package: Seven-layer entrepreneur consultation — ₹51,000
- Free resources: WhatsApp signature check, free numerology snapshot, Vastu checklist, blog articles and other downloadable content
Each paid service is delivered as described on its dedicated page. We may update service descriptions, packages and prices at any time, but the price confirmed at the time of your booking is the price you pay.
3. Acceptable use of the website
You agree to use our website and WhatsApp channel lawfully and respectfully. Specifically, you agree not to:
- Scrape, mirror or copy our content for republication without written permission
- Probe, attack or attempt to disrupt the site or its underlying services
- Submit forms with content that is unlawful, defamatory, hateful or that belongs to someone else
- Use the site to impersonate Write Your Luck, our practitioner, or any third party
- Resell or commercialise access to our content or reports without a written agreement
We may block IP addresses or user agents that violate this section, and we may report serious misuse to the appropriate authorities.
4. Bookings & payments
- Bookings are confirmed only after we receive your details and confirm a slot on WhatsApp or email
- Payment can be made via UPI, card, netbanking (Razorpay) or direct bank transfer. Cash is accepted only for in-person sessions
- Single consultations can be paid in full at booking. Combined and Business Packages can be paid 50% at booking, 50% before the third session — or in 3 monthly instalments via UPI / card for a small processing fee
- Prices on the site are inclusive of any applicable GST. We will issue a GST invoice on request
- You agree to provide accurate contact and birth details. Incorrect birth time / place may affect reading quality; we are not liable for outcomes produced from inaccurate inputs
5. Delivery, rescheduling & no-shows
- Delivery: Written reports are delivered within the turnaround stated on the service page (typically 48–72 hours after the session)
- Reschedule (free): up to 24 hours before your session, no charge
- Reschedule (last-minute): within 24 hours, once per booking free; subsequent changes require a 25% rebooking deposit
- Reschedule window: new slot must be within 30 days of the original date
- No-show (client): the session is treated as delivered and is non-refundable
- No-show (us): we reschedule at no charge or refund 100% at your option
6. Refunds
Our full refund policy — including the stage-by-stage table — lives on the Refund Policy page and forms part of these Terms.
7. Intellectual property
- Our content: the website copy, logos, infographics, written reports, sigils drawn for clients, and downloadable PDFs are owned by Write Your Luck or our licensors, and are protected by Indian copyright law
- Your report: the personalised report we write for you is yours to keep, share with family, and reference personally. You may not resell, republish or commercialise it
- Your inputs: you retain ownership of the personal information you share with us. By sharing it, you grant us a limited licence to use it for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy
- Feedback: if you send us testimonials, case studies or feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use them on our website and marketing (unless we agree otherwise in writing)
8. Disclaimer on outcomes
The single most important clause in this agreement. Astrology, Numerology, Vastu, Handwriting & Signature Correction and Occult practices are based on traditional belief systems and are intended for guidance only. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal or financial advice.
You acknowledge and agree that:
- We do not guarantee any specific outcome from a reading, remedy, signature change, name correction or any other service
- You remain the sole decision-maker for your life, business, relationships and health
- Any major life, medical, legal or financial decision should be taken with a qualified professional in that field — your chart, name or Vastu plan is one input, not the answer
- If our reading ever causes you distress, please speak with a qualified counsellor. We can recommend one on request
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the services shall not exceed the amount you have paid us for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data or emotional distress, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Write Your Luck, its practitioner and any affiliated person from any third-party claim arising out of:
- Your breach of these Terms
- Your misuse of our services or website
- Your violation of any applicable Indian law
- Any decision you take based on our guidance that affects a third party
11. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through our internal escalation process (see the Refund Policy) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent change. Material changes — anything that broadens what we collect, limits your rights, or changes how we deliver services — will be communicated by email or WhatsApp to active clients at least 14 days before they take effect.
